Next Level Advisors
Developing the Next Generation of Financial Advisors for Kingdom Impact
At Encompass Advisory Services, we believe financial planning is about more than the accumulation and management of wealth. Our mission is to encompass Faith, Family, Fitness, and Fun through Financial Planning, while helping individuals and families make wise financial decisions grounded in sound planning and biblical stewardship.
Next Level Advisors was created as an extension of that mission. The program is designed to intentionally develop the next generation of financial professionals through education, mentorship, professional development, and a strong understanding of fiduciary responsibility and biblical stewardship.
Where Education and Financial Planning Come Together
For EAS President and CEO Jason W. Ceyanes, Sr., Ph.D., CFP®, CKA®, Next Level Advisors brings together two important parts of his professional life. Before entering financial services, Ceyanes spent 18 years in public education as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, district administrator, and superintendent. He earned his Ph.D. in Educational Administration and currently continues his work in higher education as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where he teaches Personal Money Management.
That background in education, leadership development, and mentorship continues to shape the way EAS develops advisors today. Combined with Ceyanes’ experience as a financial advisor, CFP® professional, Certified Kingdom Advisor®, and business owner, EAS now has the opportunity to help young financial professionals develop the knowledge, judgment, character, and leadership skills necessary for a successful career in financial planning.
Building Advisors From the Ground Up
Next Level Advisors currently includes developing financial professionals, with a long-term vision of building a team of approximately ten advisors who are intentionally trained and mentored within the culture of Encompass Advisory Services.
The development process includes education in financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, insurance, estate-planning concepts, client communication, business development, compliance, practice management, fiduciary responsibility, and professional ethics. Advisors are also encouraged to pursue meaningful professional credentials, including the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification where appropriate, along with training through Kingdom Advisors and the opportunity to pursue the Certified Kingdom Advisor® designation.
Financial Planning as Stewardship
The purpose of Next Level Advisors is not simply to teach young professionals how to gather assets or build a book of business. Our goal is to develop comprehensive financial planners and fiduciaries who understand the responsibility that comes with helping families make decisions about resources they may have spent a lifetime accumulating.
At EAS, we believe those conversations should include more than investments. Financial planning can involve retirement, debt, generosity, education, business ownership, estate planning, charitable giving, and the transfer of wealth from one generation to the next. When those decisions are approached through the lens of biblical stewardship, the impact can extend well beyond a financial account and influence families, churches, ministries, businesses, communities, and future generations.
Multiplying Kingdom Impact
That is where the larger vision of Next Level Advisors becomes especially important. Every advisor we develop has the potential to serve hundreds of families throughout a career. By combining professional excellence with biblical stewardship, those advisors can help families use their resources intentionally, reduce unnecessary debt, prepare future generations, give generously, support ministries, and strengthen the communities around them.
The opportunity is one of multiplication. As developing advisors mature into experienced financial planners, CFP® professionals, Certified Kingdom Advisors®, and future mentors, the lessons and values they receive today can be passed on to the advisors and families they will serve tomorrow.
A Growing Conviction About the Next Generation
This vision became even more meaningful to EAS following the death of Charlie Kirk in September 2025. His death on a college campus led to significant reflection about leadership, legacy, discipleship, and the responsibility of one generation to intentionally invest in the next.
At the same time, the growth of Christian gatherings, campus ministries, worship events, and renewed conversations about faith among college students and young adults has reinforced EAS’s conviction that God is doing something significant on campuses across America. EAS believes God is calling Encompass Advisory Services not only to develop biblically grounded financial advisors, but also to use the resources entrusted to the firm to help support what we believe may become the next great spiritual revival in this country.
As EAS continues to grow, our vision is that a portion of that growth can help support ministries, organizations, students, leaders, and initiatives that are carrying the Gospel to the next generation.
Economic Value and Kingdom Impact
Encompass Advisory Services is committed to building a strong and sustainable financial-planning organization. Growth, profitability, professional excellence, succession planning, and long-term enterprise value are all important responsibilities, but they are not the final objective.
Our larger vision is to build a company that creates both economic value and Kingdom impact. We want EAS to be a place where young professionals receive meaningful mentorship, develop exceptional financial-planning skills, pursue respected professional credentials, build successful careers, provide for their families, serve their communities, practice biblical stewardship, live generously, and eventually mentor the generation that follows them.
For Ceyanes, Next Level Advisors represents a continuation of a calling that began in education. For 18 years, he developed students and leaders in public education, and today he continues that work at the university level while also developing the next generation of financial advisors.
Our hope is that Encompass Advisory Services will ultimately be known not only for the assets we manage or the financial plans we create, but also for the advisors we develop, the families we influence, the generosity we encourage, and the Kingdom impact those resources make possible.
We are not simply building financial advisors. We are developing the next generation of professionals who can help families steward wealth wisely, serve others faithfully, and create Kingdom impact for generations to come.
