Didya Bianchi is an experienced financial professional who joined Encompass Advisory Services in May 2023 as a Client Relations Advisor and currently serves as an Investment Advisor and Chief Compliance Officer. Passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals, Didya is dedicated to continuous learning and providing personalized guidance tailored to each client’s unique financial needs and long-term objectives.
Before joining Encompass Advisory Services, Didya spent seven years at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management as a Registered Client Associate on a million-dollar producing team. During her tenure, she gained extensive experience in investment management through a holistic planning approach while delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth domestic and international clients. In addition to her primary responsibilities, Didya also served as a branch office coach, where she trained, mentored, and developed financial assistants throughout the firm.
Her experience in the financial industry inspired a passion for entrepreneurship, leading her and her husband, Riccardo Bianchi, to establish Bianchi Home Inspections. In addition to her financial advisory role, Didya also holds both a life insurance license and a real estate sales agent license.
Originally from Brownsville, Didya proudly considers herself a “Valley” girl and lived there until attending college. She moved to San Antonio to attend St. Mary's University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Economics and Philosophy. Continuing her journey across Texas, she relocated to Houston in 2012 after meeting the love of her life, Riccardo. Together, they are raising their son and eagerly anticipating the arrival of their second child. Outside of work, Didya and Riccardo share a passion for travel and have explored more than 14 countries together, with many more destinations still on their list.
