Lisa joined Encompass Advisory Services in May 2026 as a Business Development Representative, bringing a wealth of previous sales experience.
Prior to joining Encompass, Lisa was a top sales producer for Ultradent, one of the leading private dental product sales and manufacturers in the United States. During her 9-year tenure there, Lisa was the Territory Account Manager for all of the southwest, west, and northwest areas of the Greater Houston area and beyond. That territory included the exploding population centers of Sugarland, Katy, Cypress, and The Woodlands. She made the President’s Club in 3 of her years there, which is reserved for the top 5% of sales producers. In addition, in 2018 she was named the Texas Sales Account Manager of the Year. Lisa’s success was in no small part due to her caring nature for her sales clients, and in going the extra mile to bring them whatever solutions they might need for them to grow their business.
Previous to her time at Ultradent, Lisa was, and still is, a Registered Dental Hygienist in the State of Texas. During her 20 years of experience in that field, she also achieved success in generating revenue for the dental practices by developing innovative and successful sales presentations to dental clients for services needed.
Lisa lives with her husband John in Katy, and they have a blended family of 4 children: Kindell, Trace, Cameron, and Casey. She loves to travel and hopes to see more of Europe and the Mediterranean countries in the near future.
